My latest project is a cookbook that explores the history and evolvement of the Chuck Wagon. The cookbook includes 14 recipes, Chuck Wagon history, cowboy/cowgirl lifestyle, pandemic cooking, and the evolvement of the Chuck Wagon to the Food Truck.
